Terms of service

The agreement between you and the company behind LibertyHUD. Plain language, and every number in it matches what the software does.

Last updated 31 July 2026

01Who you are contracting with

LibertyHUD is made and sold by Ferdinand Holdings ApS, a Danish private limited company. When these terms say we, us or LibertyHUD, that is the company below. When they say you, that is the person or organisation holding the account.

Ferdinand Holdings ApS

Sagasvej 2 A, 2. tv, 1861 Frederiksberg C, Denmark

CVR 46627741 · Anpartsselskab (ApS), registered in Denmark

Director: Frederik Ferdinand Duelund Madsen · support@libertyhud.com

These terms apply when you create an account on libertyhud.com, install the LibertyHUD desktop app, or subscribe to Pro.

02What the product is

LibertyHUD is a Windows application for producing Counter-Strike 2 broadcasts: an operator control panel, a match HUD and stream screens that OBS reads as browser sources, league match and roster import, the Jeff AI observer, and the Studio, where an AI agent builds your own HUD and screens for you. The desktop app runs on your PC. The account, billing, the Studio and the asset downloads run on this website.

Broadcast assets are downloaded from your account rather than shipped inside the installer, so an app that cannot reach this site may have nothing to serve to OBS. You need a Windows PC, CS2 and OBS; we do not supply any of those.

03Your account

An account is an email address and a password of at least 8 characters. Keep them to yourself: anything done with your credentials is treated as done by you. Tell us at support@libertyhud.com if you think someone else has them.

You must be 18 or older to buy a subscription. One account belongs to one person or one organisation. See section 07 for what happens when it is used on several machines at once.

04The 7-day trial

A new Pro subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Checkout collects a payment method up front, and unless you cancel before the trial ends the subscription converts to paid automatically on day 8. Nothing is charged during the trial. There is one trial per account.

05Prices, tax and payment

Pro costs $20 per month or $200 per year. Prices are in US dollars and are shown excluding tax.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Any VAT or sales tax that applies is calculated by Stripe from the address you give at checkout, added on top of the price, and shown on your receipt. If you are a business buying from outside Denmark, the treatment on your receipt is the one Stripe determines for your location.

We can change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.

06Renewal and cancellation

A subscription renews automatically. Monthly or yearly, whichever you chose: until you cancel it. You cancel from Account → Manage billing, which opens the Stripe billing portal; you can also switch between monthly and yearly there, update your card and read your invoices.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then stops. Section 03 of our refund policy covers the separate 14-day right of withdrawal.

If a renewal payment fails, the subscription goes past due and access is withdrawn until the payment succeeds.

07How many machines

One account may run the app on two machines at a time. When the app signs in it takes a seat for about 14 hours, which is long enough that a reboot mid-production changes nothing. If both seats are held and you start a third machine, the app offers to take a seat over from one of the others rather than refusing you.

This is a limit on simultaneous use, not a lock to particular hardware. A broadcast PC and a laptop is a normal one-person setup. Sharing one account with other people is not, and we may suspend an account that is clearly being used that way.

08Studio credit

The Studio calls AI models and runs a cloud sandbox on your behalf, and both cost money per use, so Studio usage is paid from a prepaid credit balance on your account. You buy credit in $10, $25 or $50 packs; each pack credits the same amount to your balance. Every model call and every second of sandbox time is written to a ledger you can read in your account.

  • Credit is prepaid usage on this service. It is not money, earns no interest, and cannot be transferred to another account or paid out.
  • Credit does not expire while your account exists.
  • A Pro subscription is required to use the Studio, and so is a positive balance. Neither replaces the other.
  • If a top-up is refunded or a payment is reversed, the matching credit is removed from your balance.

09Acceptable use

Do not:

  • share your account credentials, or resell, rent or sublicense access to it
  • copy, decompile or reverse-engineer the app except where Danish law says you may
  • use the Studio to generate material that is illegal, infringing, or that impersonates someone
  • attack, overload, or attempt to reach parts of the service that are not yours. Including other accounts, other people's packages, or our infrastructure
  • use automation to consume credit or API capacity outside normal use of the product

The Studio has spending caps and loop guards on it. They exist to stop a runaway session emptying your balance; they are not a licence to test where the limits are.

10Your content, our software

What you make is yours: the screen packages and HUDs you build in the Studio, the assets you upload, your camera paths, your team and match data. You give us the permission we need to run the service with it. To store it, back it up, render previews of it, send it to the AI provider that answers your prompts, and serve it to your own installs of the app. Nothing more. We do not sell it, and we do not use your packages to advertise the product without asking you first.

The app, the website, the house HUDs, the house screen packs, Jeff and the Liberty design are ours and stay ours. A subscription is a licence to use them while it is active, not a sale.

11Other people’s software and trademarks

Counter-Strike and Counter-Strike 2 are trademarks of Valve Corporation. LibertyHUD is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve. The same goes for OBS, HLAE and any league whose matches you import: their names belong to them, and their terms are between you and them.

You are responsible for the rights to anything you bring in. Team logos, player photos, music, footage.

12Availability and support

We do not promise the service is uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not offer a service-level agreement. We deploy on purpose rather than on a schedule, and we try hard not to break a live client mid-broadcast. But a broadcast is your production, and you should test your setup before you go live.

Support is by email at support@libertyhud.com. We answer as fast as we reasonably can.

13Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent Danish law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Lost viewers, lost sponsorship, lost recordings, a stream that did not go out. And our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or intent, and if you are a consumer your mandatory rights under Danish law are untouched by this section.

14Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by cancelling your subscription and, if you want the account gone, asking us to delete it (see the privacy policy). We can suspend or close an account that breaks section 09, that is being used fraudulently, or that we are required to close by law. And we will tell you why unless the law stops us.

When a subscription ends, the app keeps running but the Pro features and the asset downloads stop. Your packages, camera paths and ledger stay in the account until it is deleted.

15Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the product changes. If a change materially affects you: price, what is included, how your data is handled. We will tell you by email before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept it. The date at the top is always the date of the current version.

16Law and complaints

Danish law applies, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.

Talk to us first. support@libertyhud.com . Because almost everything is solvable that way. If it is not, a consumer in Denmark can bring a complaint to Center for Klageløsning, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg (naevneneshus.dk).
