LibertyHUD isn't code-signed yet, so Windows doesn't recognise the publisher and shows “Windows protected your PC” the first time you run the installer. Click More info → Run anyway. Edge may also ask you to keep the download.
We're getting the certificate now. It takes a few weeks to clear, and the warning goes away once it does.
